By logging in to the “My Account” section. From our home page, click the “My Account” button to sign in. In the account section, you will see your information that we have on file. You can change any of your info such as email or password. You can update your address. You can also see all of your orders and downloads. When you click on “Downloads” you will see the download links for the files. You can also print your invoice if you need to from the “Orders” button.

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. We also accept PayPal.

As per our terms and conditions, the client has been advised of their obligations under the Content License Agreement and agrees to the following:
1.      They have destroyed the product (including all copies). Any failure to destroy the product or any use of the product will constitute an infringement of the intellectual property rights of and the contributing artists.
2.      They have not used or copied the product in any way for any purpose whatsoever.
3.      They have not made derivative works from the product.
4.      They have not transferred the product to or permitted the product to be used or copied by a third party.

Once you have downloaded a file, simply double click on the file and your computer should automatically “unzip” the file. If not, you may need the free “stuffit expander” which can be downloaded HERE. A .ZIP file is a compressed file that will allow you to download from the MusicTruth store quicker than if the files were in their uncompressed (MPEG-1, JPEG, etc.) form.

our login is the email address you used when you first registered with us. If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one on the login page. Your password will be sent to your email address shortly.
